APU has expanded its post graduation offerings by adding nine additional courses.

Arunachal Pradesh University has announced the exam date for the post-graduation program. The additional courses include MA in social work, economics, tribal studies, English, Hindi, sociology, mass communication, M.com, M.SC Mathematics, and MCA Computer Network. These courses are available in the 2025 to 27 batch, but the 2024 to 26 batch has only four options, which include M.COM, MA in Social Work, MA in Economics, and MA in tribal studies.

Arunachal Pradesh: Arunachal Pradesh University has announced the exam date for the post-graduation program. This year, Arunachal Pradesh University has included many more PG programmes than MA and M.COM. This year, the student has to complete the Research Project with a dissertation in the fourth semester. The exams are going to be held from 13 May 2026 to 25 May 2026 for all fourth-semester students. Second-semester students have exams from 12 May 2026 to 25 May 2026. 
 
 The additional courses include MA in social work, economics, tribal studies, English, Hindi, sociology, mass communication, M.com, M.SC Mathematics, and MCA Computer Network. These courses are available in the 2025 to 27 batch, but the 2024 to 26 batch has only four options, which include M.COM, MA in Social Work, MA in Economics, and MA in tribal studies. In 2025, students had only two courses available, MA and M.com. The students had to select the specialisation in two of the courses. This year, after specifying the subject courses, students can have a clear vision for the future. Students can learn effectively about specific subjects. 
 
In the current second-year batch, students in the M.A. Social Work has subjects, Field Practicum, Block Fieldwork with Viva-voce, Dissertation Work, Urban Community Development, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare, and Disability Studies with a choice-based credit system. M.com,  MA in economics and MA in Tribal Studies students have to submit a Research Project and a Dissertation as per the university rules. The    Chancellor of APU, Lt. General Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, said in a public event, “Children are the future, therefore it is very important for us to raise our children. So they become responsible citizens tomorrow.” He added, “Every child must be educated, must be disciplined, and must be motivated. So we can represent our cultural norm at the global level”.
