Chandigarh university Hosts International Orientation 2026 for Global Students

Chandigarh University organised its International Orientation 2026, welcoming from across the world and reinforcing its commitment to Global Education, Cultural Diversity and International Collaboration.

Punjab - Chandigarh University recently hosted International Orientation 2026 under the "Welcoming the World, Shaping Global Features ", marking the commencement of the academic journey for its International student community. The event reflected the university's dedication to nurturing a globally inclusive academic environment and strengthening cross border educational ties. 

The orientation ceremony graced by Distinguished International Dignitaries, including H.E. Advocate Lebohang Valentine Mochaba, High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Lesotho as the chief guest. Other guest of honour included Ms. Bohloeki Tihaku Morojele, First Secretary,  High commission of the Kingdom of Lesotho; Mr. Deepak Ghimire, First Secretary,  Embassy of Nepal; and Mr. Shreejal Pokharel, Attache , Embassy of Nepal. 

The event featured ceremonial lamp lightning and interactive sessions with student innovators, celebrating diversity, diplomacy and the global features being shaped at Chandigarh University
