Gautam Buddha University to Host 2nd IEEE International Conference IC3ECSBHI 2026

The School of Engineering at Gautam Buddha University (GBU), Greater Noida, is set to organize the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Cognitive Computing in Engineering, Communications, Sciences and Biomedical Health Informatics (IC3ECSBHI-2026) from February 12 to 14, 2026. The conference is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE UP Section, India.

Greater Noida - Gautam Buddha University (GBU), Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR, will host the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Cognitive Computing in Engineering, Communications, Sciences and Biomedical Health Informatics (IC3ECSBHI-2026) from February 12–14, 2026. The conference (IEEE Conference Record #67834) is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE UP Section, India, and aims to provide a global platform for researchers, academicians, scientists, industry experts and healthcare professionals.

The conference will focus on emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data, Data Analytics, High-Performance Computing, and Intelligent Systems, particularly in solving complex problems in engineering sciences and healthcare. It seeks to encourage multidisciplinary and multi-institutional research collaborations and promote innovative solutions in biomedical and health informatics.

According to the organisers, the event will explore advanced cognitive computing techniques, integrated research approaches, and next-generation intelligent systems for societal impact. The conference highlights include discussions on AI-driven healthcare systems, data engineering solutions, and knowledge-based intelligent systems, with an emphasis on addressing national and global healthcare challenges.

The conference is being held under the patronage of Prof. Rana Pratap Singh, Vice Chancellor, GBU, Greater Noida, and Prof. Sri Niwas Singh, Director, IIITM Gwalior, as Chief Patrons. Patrons include Prof. Rajeev Varshney (Dean Academics, GBU), Prof. Chander Kumar Singh (Registrar, GBU), Dr. Indu Uprety (Dean P&R, GBU), and Dr. Manmohan Singh Shishodia (ISA, GBU).

With submissions now closed and paper acceptance declared earlier, the event is expected to witness participation from national and international delegates, reinforcing GBU’s commitment to research excellence and innovation in intelligent computing and healthcare technologies.
