Greenwood High Hosts Regional Round of World Scholar’s Cup 2025

Top Teams Advance to Global Round, Eyeing Yale University's Tournament of Champions

Bengaluru, January 24, 2025 – Greenwood High ICSE campus in Sarjapur recently hosted over 600 students from Bengaluru's leading institutions for the Regional Round of the World Scholar’s Cup. This prestigious academic competition unfolds in three stages: Regional Round, Global Round, and the Tournament of Champions at Yale University, USA.

During the two-day event, students engaged in team debates, collaborative writing, multiple-choice tests, and multimedia quizzes, all centered on this year’s theme, “Reigniting the Future.” The competition encouraged participants to develop critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork, preparing them to tackle real-world challenges.

"The World Scholar's Cup is more than an academic competition; it’s a celebration of learning and collaboration,” said Ms. Niru Agarwal, Managing Trustee, Greenwood High International School. “It inspires students to explore new ideas, test their intellectual boundaries, and build skills that foster leadership and innovation.”
