Bangalore: The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore has announced that admissions have been opened for its artificial intelligence (AI) programme where the applicants should have M. Tech degree and the deadline for submitting applications is March 22. The programme is jointly offered by the Division of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Sciences (EECS) of the IISc and the Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber-Physical Systems (RBCCPS).
Courses are categorized into foundations/theory and application and focused programming modules. Students will be able to develop a yearlong project within a cutting-edge AI area and will have access to four industry funded AI labs that are kitted out with modern high-end GPU clusters. Students will also be incentivized by means of awards and fellowships being given to top performers and 30 faculty members from differing domains will be present to both teach and guide students with their studies and projects.
