Structure and Syllabus: Aspects Covered By the CBT

Reasoning ability includes pattern recognition, analogies, series, and spatial ability. General awareness pertains to current affairs and Indian history, geography, polity and science. In English, one’s grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, and basic writing skills are evaluated.

For the Havaldar posts, the recruitment process includes a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and a Physical Standard Test (PST) as the final steps after the CBT. Candidates for MTS do not face this stage.
