Central to this recruitment is the newly established Skill, Incubation, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (SIIEDC). This centre was created to develop a robust ecosystem for startups and entrepreneurship within both the university and the broader region. A key highlight of the SIIEDC is the innovative undergraduate programme titled "Design Your Degree" (DYD), which is designed in close synchronisation with the National Education Policy (NEP-2020). This unique programme emphasises trans-disciplinary and experiential learning, allowing students to transcend traditional academic boundaries and customise their degrees according to their personal passions and career aspirations.

The current notification invites applications for several faculty positions to support this forward-thinking educational model. Opportunities are available for one Associate Professor in Mathematical Sciences or Sciences and twelve Assistant Professors across diverse fields, including Business Studies, Language and Literature, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Sciences, and Social Sciences. Beyond the SIIEDC, the university is also seeking faculty in areas such as Biotechnology, Botany, Buddhist Studies, Chemistry, Commerce, and Computer Science & IT. Administrative andspecialisedd roles are also being filled in the Dhanvantri Library and the Institute of Music and Fine Arts (IMFA).
